Varied Training that keeps it fun
Every day at the fitness boot camps retreat is slightly different and we keep sessions varied and fun. Training at the fitness camp changes every day and your coach will advise you which activities and classes you should attend but here are some examples of types of training we do:
- Aerobic training including time in the gym, circuit training, boxing circuits, and other enjoyable aerobic activities
- Beach Bootcamps – intense training on the beach and one of our most popular sessions!
- Weight or resistance training to tone, increase your metabolism, improve your functional strength (a note for the ladies – don’t worry, we’re not here to give you big muscles, this is about helping you lose weight, tone up and get healthy)
- Fitness Classes – access to well known classes like body pump, and many more varying each week
- Aqua Sessions – one of the most popular activies our sessions in the heated pool are fun and a great way to exercise
- Outdoor training – our stunning locations make outdoor training so enjoyable so whether it’s a trek on the beaches, or a circuit on the lawn we try to get outdoors as often as possible
