Comprehensive daily program
Each day during your stay you will take part in Australia’s most comprehensive weight loss camp program combining exercise, nutrition, education and long term education to help you change your habits.
A typical day at the retreat will involve several hours of exercise (at your pace and level) as well as an optional education seminar program designed to help you make habit and lifestyle changes to help you succeed for the long term.
You will eat great tasting healthy meals and have some time to relax and do your own thing.
It is a full and comprehensive program and you can choose what you do and don’t participate in with our trainers motivating you to do as much as you can
Training at your level
Whether you consider yourself ‘superfit’ or ‘Australia’s No. 1 couch potato’ our training program will be at your level.
Sessions will be fun and varied and a mix of indoor and outdoor training. Our expert trainers will ensure you are working at your level and maximising your results at all times.
We welcome guests of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Don’t worry if you’ve never exercised before, our friendly and inspiring trainers will be there to support you every step of the way. If you consider yourself ‘super fit’ then our trainers will be there to push and inspire you to transform your fitness even further.
Whether you have a large long term weight loss goal, or just want to lose a few kilos our trainers will be there to provide the fitness program at your level.
Great tasting healthy food
We pride ourselves on serving you real, wholesome food that you will want to continue eating when you get home.
You will eat a wide range of great tasting healthy meals and there isn’t any rabbit food in sight!
A typical dinner might include Apricot chicken with mixed asian greens, or a steak with sweet potato mash. Perhaps a thai beef salad or chicken wrap for lunch. We serve real food that you’ll want to eat for the rest of your life.
We also cater guests who follow vegetarian, lactose free, and gluten free meal plans.
Healthy Living Education & Habit Change
Unlike most health retreats we don’t just care about your results during your time with us, we also want you to succeed when you get home.
That’s why during your stay you’ll take part in a complete program of workshops and seminars designed to help you make habit and lifestyle changes to learn the skills to succeed for the long term.
Subjects covered include nutrition, healthy eating, emotional eating, food psychology, fitness, motivation and much more.
We appreciate not everyone wants to take part in these sessions so you are welcome to use the gym during these sessions if you don’t consider them important to your personal goals.
Small Groups & Personalised Attention
At OnTrack you will always be in small groups. We work with just 8-14 guests a week (sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less) – making this one of the smallest group sizes of any Australian weight loss retreat and therefore one of the most sought after programs in the country.
