Every day at the weight loss retreat is slightly different, and we change our day of weight loss program schedules regularly to keep things fresh and interesting for our guests. The exact daily schedule may differ from the schedule below but it gives you an idea of a typical day's activities. Timings and durations may vary.
The program runs Monday – Saturday each week with Sunday being a rest day for guests staying multiple weeks. Full accommodaton and meals are included on the rest day and you can use all resort facilities (including the gym).

Long Term Success Seminar Each day you will take part in seminar helping you to succeed with your weight loss for the long term. In these sessions we cover topics such as emotional eating, nutrition, motivation, goal setting and many other valuable subjects. These sessions are key part of our clients' success. |

Afternoon Training Session Each afternoon you will take part in a full program of exercising finishing at 4pm or 5pm most days. The activities vary each day but can include: |

Pool Sessions An enjoyable session in our heated pool where you'll exercise, stretch and have some fun.
Walks At least two days per week you will go on a enjoyable afternoon walk in the stunning surroundings around our retreat.
Exercise Sessions We also make the most of our first class facilities with exercise sessions in our studio areas, gym, outdoors or our range of sports courts. Our trainers keep every session fun and interesting – and you will enjoy every session. |

End of Day Your day will generally finish each day by 4pm or 5pm. Finishing times vary between retreats and time of year and days may finish earlier than stated on certain days to assist with rest and recovery. |

Relax After dinner guests are free to relax. Some guests choose to make use of the resort facilities with other guests whilst others return to their rooms to prepare for the next day. |
