Celebrate being an Aussie with a downright tasty lamb burger that is like a party in your mouth… for your Australia Day party.
You just won’t find a better combination than rosemary and garlic when it comes to lamb, and you can pile on all kinds of salad veggies for a really impressive spread.

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 kg lean lamb mince
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan
1 tsp pepper
Wholemeal or ciabatta rolls
Low fat creamed cheese spread or hummus
Sliced salad ingredients such as red onion, rocket, spinach, tomato, grated carrot, cucumber.
1: Crush garlic, rosemary, parmesan, pepper together with a pestle and mortar.
2: Add to the lamb and combine together well.
3: Divide the mixture into 8, then heat a BBQ or grill and cook for 8-10 mins, turning as required.
4: Allow your guests to self serve and build their own delicious burgers. Enjoy!
