I have struggled with weight all my life – very typical yo-yo dieter. I have come home from this retreat with such a different attitude regarding what my body is capable of. I guess I always doubted that I was capable of doing cardio work etc. but this was the incentive I needed to lose the weight I had regained, and hopefully, I now have the tools to make it a lifestyle change, rather than going on fad diets – of which I was very skilled at. I am making the effort to prepare good food and really enjoying it. Not to mention all the energy I now have to exercise. Thanks to those at OnTrack for the soon to be ‘new’ healthier, slimmer me.
