On Track was a great all round experience to aid health and fitness, weight loss and motivation. Living in the Hotel was a bonus as a shower at end of exercise and a restful room was a great way to end each day. The meals were served with correct portion control to help with an ongoing healthy life style. The trainers were all wonderful and worked within each persons abilities , challenging whilst mindful of differences with each client. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
