OnTrack was exactly what I needed to get my life back to a healthy, fit focus. I enjoyed sharing this experience with others which was a motivating factor in our training sessions. I really enjoyed the variety of activities and seminars and felt it offered a holistic approach to wellness and wellbeing. It was intensive but also provided enough down time to relax and put new learning into perspective. Socially had a great time with our group and this enhanced my experience. Accommodation was a good standard and the venue was very pleasant for a week away.
