Ingredients
3 sirloin steaks, trimmed
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 long red chilli, seeded and thinly sliced
125g cherry tomatoes, halved
125g salad leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 /3 cup coriander leaves
1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

Method
1. Preheat a stovetop grill on high heat. Spray the steak with a little oil and place on grill. Cook for 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove and keep warm. Meanwhile, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, chilli in a small bowl, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
2. Combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mint, coriander,cucumber and onion in a large bowl. Slice the steak and add to the salad. Serve with dressing on the side.
