Will I definitely lose weight? Yes of course you will - at Ontrack you'll be exercising and eating the food you need to lose weight and get healthy.

Once I’ve lost the weight what then? Unlike other weight loss camps we are here for more than a quick fix our program includes healthy eating cooking classes showing you how to prepare healthy and affordable food, we teach you easy ways to exercise that aren’t time consuming or expensive. Helping you make a long term change.

What do I need to bring? Some good training shoes and clothes for all weather types and a determined attitude we provide you with everything else.

Can we prepare unique meals? All our meals are unique and tailored for your benefits if you have any dietary requirements then just let us no and we will make sure that your food meets those requirements.

How long should I stay for? This depends on the goals that you set yourself to achieve we offer 1 to 6 week training programs. The normal person takes about 4 weeks to change their habits so with that in mind people who really want a long term change should consider this. Whether you come for one week or six you will notice a big change.

Do you accept people with:

Hyperthyroidism or thyroid dysfunction
Or other health problems

Most of our clients have suffered from these Health related issues and carried out our program and seen these issues go away, our program will help manage these issues. So if you do have a health related problem tell us and we will be more than willing to help you with it.

The most common question we get asked is ‘is OnTrack for me?’ If you want to lose weight, get fitter and learn to develop a long term healthy lifestyle and control your weight over the long term then the answer is a resounding YES!

The other question we get asked is ‘am I too big?’. We cater with guests who have between 10kgs and 100kgs to lose and we personally tailor your time with us to ensure you meet your weight loss goals.
