Our Food Philosophy
OnTrack believes healthy eating is the key to long term and sustainable weight loss.
You will receive a wide range of delicious meals which look and taste great! The food is designed for weight loss but you will get great tasting food for weight loss that you can replicate at home.
Each location has a slightly different approach to food. If you want to be waited on with all your meals prepared for you and served either to your table or buffet style we suggest choosing our Victoria Retreat as all the food is prepared and served for you as well as some cooking lessons/demonstrations.
To help you succeed for the long term we also offer practical cooking experience where there will be a balance of meals we prepare for you and meals we prepare as cooking classes, or practical cooking experience so you are confident about continuing your healthy eating when you return home.
Every meal you receive can be easily planned and prepared in your own home after you leave us. We also spend time looking at healthy cooking tips and tricks.
