When you first arrive at OnTrack, we’ll help you make an accurate self-assessment of your current fitness level. From there, you’ll take part in daily exercise delivered at your level.

Everyone’s body is different, but for most of our guests, the kilos begin dropping within just a few days of our fitness retreat. Workouts are delivered in small groups, with an extremely low student-teacher ratio; meaning you’ll receive plenty of personal attention from our expert fitness coaches.
