Each afternoon you will take part in a full program of exercising finishing at 4pm most days. The activities vary each day but can include:
Pool Sessions
An enjoyable session in our heated pool where you’ll exercise, stretch and have some fun. If you are uncomfortable with the pool we are happy for you to use the gym instead.
Walks
You will enjoy some wonderful walks (or runs if you are up to them) in the beautiful surroundings around our retreats.
Exercise Sessions
We also make the most of our first class facilities with exercise sessions in our studio areas, gym, outdoors or our range of sports courts. Our trainers keep every session fun and interesting – and you will enjoy every session.
Training may include cardio circuits, kickboxing circuits, boxing circuits, walks, gym training, and many other sessions designed to maximise your results
